Shipping

All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Ready to Ship orders are processed Monday through Friday between 10AM and 5PM and typically ship within 48 hours. Preorders are shipped within 48 hours of us receiving them. Sometimes these processing and shipping times are extended. Please note USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays. Expect shipping delays during the holiday season.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and is a USPS deliverable address. If you need to change your shipping address, please send us a message on facebook.  Lil Cajun Forest Boutique assumes no responsibility if the package is undeliverable, stolen, or lost due to incorrect address information. We will do everything we can to help file a claim, but once a package is shipped, we have no control over the shipping.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Denham Springs. Orders placed for local pickup usually take up to 48 hours to process. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a "Ready for pickup" email. We'll hold your order at the store for 6 months after your order was marked "Ready for pickup"; if you don't make it in by then, we will cancel the order and no refund or store credit will be given.

Returns

ALL sales are final, except in the case of damaged or defective items. Damaged or defective items must be returned within seven (7) days and have all original tags still attached. Items will not be accepted if worn, washed, or altered. Items must be free of stains and odors.

ALL discounted or sale merchandise, items bought on split pay, personalized/ monogrammed, and hair bows cannot be returned. Gift wrap, gift cards, and shipping are nonrefundable.
